Opened in Summer 2026, 30A Farm & RV Park is thoughtfully designed for discerning RV travelers and seasonal guests seeking a more refined, peaceful experience along the Emerald Coast. Spacious, well-appointed sites provide comfort, privacy, and ease, while the property itself offers a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere that feels intentionally set apart from other RV parks.

Very down to earth, nice owners. She took the time to show my kids the cow and mini horse and even let them brush and feed them. The campground itself is so beautiful and well taken care of. There’s a few ponds, palm trees and thick woods surrounding the campsites and is only 5 minutes from the beach / restaurants. We will absolutely be coming back here!

This place is truly a special gem. You get the peaceful farm views and quiet atmosphere while still enjoying the feel of a luxury RV park. The spots are large with plenty of room to relax, play, and sit outside. The bathrooms are beautiful and very clean, and the laundry room is extremely nice as well. It’s also so close to the beach, making it easy and convenient to enjoy the water while still coming back to a peaceful place to stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into this property — we absolutely loved our stay!

Stopped by to see this brand new RV park just minutes away from the beach. We got to meet the owner Zack, he was very welcoming. Beautifully done large paved RV sites, full hook ups and backs up to the forest. Feels very secluded. Cute little family farm with horses and other animals. Can’t wait to stay on our next visit and be able to bike to the beach!
